1. Main interface/dial
In the APP menu, click “Theme Selection” to switch the main interface/dial. Dials come in a variety of styles.

2. Count steps/distance/calories
View steps taken, distance traveled and calories burned at any time of the day. It can be updated to the APP synchronously to view exercise data.

3. Body temperature interface
Switch to the body temperature test interface to enter the real-time body temperature detection, and the test data can be updated to the APP synchronously, and there is a test report.

Note: When testing body temperature, the bottom electrode must be in full contact with the skin (test after wearing for 10 minutes). The body temperature test will be affected by the temperature difference of the environment and only serves as a warning reminder. For specific body temperature, please refer to medical professional equipment and doctor’s diagnosis.

4. Heart rate interface
Switch to the heart rate test interface to enter the real-time heart rate detection, and the measurement data can be updated to the APP synchronously. And a test report.

5. Blood pressure interface
Switch to the blood pressure test interface to enter the blood pressure real-time detection, the measurement data can be updated to the APP synchronously, and there is a test report. Note: The test results are for reference only and cannot be used as medical data.

6. ECG interface
On the ECG interface, press and hold the touch button to enter, and then touch the electrodes on the front of the watch with the other hand. The three electrodes fully touch the skin to perform the test. The test report needs to be viewed in the APP.

7. Blood oxygen interface
Switch to the blood oxygen test interface to enter the blood oxygen real-time detection, the measurement data can be updated to the APP synchronously, and there is a test report.

8. Motion interface
Long press to enter sports mode detection. There are various sports modes to choose from. Long press to enter sports mode, single click to switch modes, long press to start calculation, long press to stop.

9. Sleep monitoring function
When you fall asleep, the watch will automatically judge to enter the sleep detection mode, automatically detect the length of your deep sleep/light sleep/awake throughout the night, and calculate your sleep quality; sleep data can be updated to the APP synchronously. Note: Sleep data will only be available when you wear the watch to sleep.

10. Weather information
The weather page will display the current weather, air quality information, and tomorrow’s conditions. The weather information needs to be connected to the client before the data can be obtained. If the connection is disconnected for a long time, the weather information will not be updated. Note: Location needs to be turned on in the phone settings.

11. Message interface
On the message interface, tap to view the message.

12. Raise your wrist to turn on the screen
In the display settings of the APP, “raise the wrist to brighten the screen” to turn this function on or off.

13. Brightness adjustment page

1.  Find the brightness in the watch settings, click to adjust the screen brightness.
2. The display settings of APP can also adjust the brightness

14. Reset page (restore factory settings)

1. On the watch reset page (restore factory settings), click to restore the bracelet.
2. Enter more settings in the APP, click on the bottom to restore the factory settings.

15. Shutdown page
Press and hold the power off button of the watch, and tap to power off the watch. Find Shutdown in the watch settings, tap to shut down.

16. Other function reminders
The reminder function needs to be set to turn on the reminder switch on the APP side, and keep the mobile phone and the watch in the state of successful Bluetooth connection. The incoming message is a vibration reminder.

Precautions

1. It is forbidden to use an adapter with a charging voltage greater than 5V and a charging current greater than 2A, and the charging time is 2-3 hours

2. It is forbidden to charge in the case of water stains.
